Devons Glen

Along Suntree’s northern edge is the quaint community of Devons Glen.  Built out from about 1996 through 1999, Devons Glen is a non-gated neighborhood with 97 single family homes developed by Pulte Homes.  Lots in Devons Glen are typically about 50' by 120'.  The neighborhood was built around 2 large lakes, 1 smaller pond and some natural preserve area.  Most of the home sites in Devons Glen have beautiful views of one of the sparkling lakes or natural preserve areas.  These well built, energy efficient, concrete block homes typically feature upgraded appliances, tile floors, custom cabinetry and alarm systems. Health And Education

This is the perfect neighborhood for raising a family.  Just a short drive from Devons Glen is Quest Elementary School.  An ‘A’ rated school, Quest Elementary has won numerous awards for its outstanding use of technology in teaching.  The school has identified its mission as “a quest for educational excellence in a safe and nurturing environment that promotes exemplary character and responsible citizenship.”  Just 2.5 miles west of Devons Glen you’ll find two schools right across the street from each other.  Viera Charter School, offering grades K-8 is a school focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) based curriculum.  Across the street is Viera High School.  Viera High has one fo the largest dual-enrollment and advance-placement course loads in the county and achieves a 90% acceptance rate into colleges and universities around the nation.  Click here to get up to date information about the schools near Devons Glen.

The cutting-edge Viera Health Park features Health First's 100-bed Viera Hospital, Health First's Pro Health & Fitness Center and a 76,000 square foot Medical Plaza.
